Thanks to our experience and detailed project planning, CWC successfully completed the removal and replacement of 211,000 square feet of concrete tile roofing, along with 1,700 lineal feet of stucco and flashing, restoring the functionality and appearance of all buildings.
To achieve these results on schedule, CWC deployed a skilled crew of up to 50 workers, used specialized equipment including mobile dumpsters and large forklifts, and maintained strict safety protocols on-site every day. The project was completed efficiently, leaving the community with durable, high-quality roofs that meet professional standards.
